Kasar is a traditional homemade delicious, sweet prepared on different festive occasions. It is prepared using grinded rice flour, mixed fennel seeds, and ghee. Mix it all together and crush the jaggery into powdered form and add it to the mixture. One can use dry fruits to increase the taste. We can sprinkle some milk and grease your hand with some ghee before making small round ladoos. Now kasar is ready to relish.
Its mouth-watering taste will make you want more and more of it. Although you can eat it anytime, this dish is best enjoyed during chhath puja. It is beneficial to consume it in the winter season.
