Prakash Punj

Prakash Punj is a newly constructed park with state-of-the-art facilities built near Guru Ka Bagh in the city of Patna. Four gates have been built in this park which address the sons of Guru Gobind Singh Maharaj - Ajit Singh, Fateh Singh, Jujhar Singh and Zorawar Singh. These four 'gates' have five circular walls named Hemkund Sahib, Paonta Sahib, Nanded Sahib, Keshgarh Sahib and Patna Sahib. There is also a circular auditorium and two exhibition halls on either side of the park. While a part of the park will be used for organizing religious functions.

A museum has also been built in the Prakash Punj complex to highlight the life, teachings and works of Guru Gobind Singh. Here, through audio-video visuals, paintings, etc., graphic illustrations of the lives of all ten Sikh Gurus will be made for the tourists and devotees. Weapons, costumes, pens etc. used by Guru Gobind Singh during the war will also be shown in the exhibition, so that tourists and devotees coming from far and wide can get information related to his life. Objects related to their activities and literature will also be shown. It is one of the best places to see and visit in Patna
